Judge recuses himself over email petition in attempted murder case
The Medina Gazette: A Medina County judge recused himself in a case because he'd received emails from the defendant—petitions to have her acquitted. Cassandra Robertson, professor of law, agreed with the judge’s decision, saying, “If it’s not actually improper, but people think it could be, there could be a problem.”
