Donald Trump legal move 'almost certain' after new evidence
Newsweek: Eric Chaffee, the Peter M. Gerhart Distinguished Research Scholar and associate director of the Center for Business Law, said it was a good move by Donald Trump's defense team to call New York University professor Eli Bartov, who specializes in financial accounting, as an expert witness in the former president’s fraud trial.
