Six Flags stockholders vote to approve Cedar Fair merger
WOIO: Eric Chaffee, the Peter M. Gerhart Distinguished Research Scholar and associate director of the Center for Business Law, discussed the merger between Cedar Fair and Six Flags following a Six Flags stockholder approval vote. “It’s likely this merger will move forward,” he said. “At most we would see the selling off of a few properties and a reconfiguration of what the company would look like based on what the government would require.”
