Doctors face unprecedented legal risks after Roe overturn

ABC News: Jessie Hill, the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law, noted the situation that doctors—and other healthcare providers and staff—find themselves caught in a precarious legal framework that is still in flux following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which criminalizes abortion in much of the nation. “It is a horrible situation to put doctors in, who really just want to help patients,” she said.
