CVS and Walgreens are selling abortion pill mifepristone, but not in Ohio
Crain’s Cleveland Business: Jessie Hill, the Judge Ben C. Green Professor of Law, noted that drugstore giants CVS and Walgreens recently started selling the abortion pill mifepristone in select states, but it won’t be coming to Ohio. She said the state’s position is still valid and enforceable, meaning it would need to be challenged and blocked in court for pharmacies to be able to sell the drug in Ohio.
