Trump releases list of 11 judges he’d consider nominating to Supreme Court
Washington Post: Jonthan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, commented on the list of judges Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said he would consider appointing to the Supreme Court. “Everyone on the list is a sitting judge and, with the exception of one who has an amusing Twitter feed, there aren’t really any bomb-throwers,” he said. “They’re conservative, but not particularly controversial. It is interesting, though, how much this is an ‘outside of the Beltway’ list.”
