Despite U.S. Supreme Court limiting EPA regulations, Ohio E-Checks are here to stay
WEWS: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and director of the Coleman P. Burke Center for Environmental Law, said that Northeast Ohio drivers will still need E-Checks for the foreseeable future, despite the U.S. Supreme Court limiting the Environmental Protection Agency's authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. "Anyone who is hoping that this decision means that existing regulations will go away, that's not going to happen," he said. "Existing regulations will remain in force."
