Ruling against Trump Jan. 6 case tees up likely Supreme Court test
The Hill: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, said he believes that the Supreme Court could find it easy to pass up the case in the efforts to shield White House records from the House Jan. 6 select committee if Trump asks for its intervention.
