Trump pulls out of Paris climate deal
VOA: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, discussed President Donald Trump’s decision to pull the United States out of the Paris Agreement. “This agreement was never ratified by the Senate, nor would it be,” Adler said. “It’s high time policy makers moved beyond the fantasy that symbolic international agreements of this sort are a useful way to address our environmental challenges.”
