The Washington Post: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, explained how a Republican president could back out of a global climate deal. “Legally a Republican president would be able to walk away from anything the U.S. agrees to in Paris, and would likely be able to unravel the Clean Power Plan,” he said.
