Dems focus on health care in Barrett hearing, families share opposing views on ACA
ABC News: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, discussed the process of the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett. “(Nominees) can’t answer questions about how they are going to rule in a future case,” he said. “That would prejudice their ability to hear the issue impartially.”
