Law's Jonathan Adler points out mistake by Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia

Scalia gets his facts wrong in EPA dissent Associated Press: Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s dissent in an environmental case contained an error in which he misreported an earlier case. Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, is credited as one of the first to point out the mistake.
