Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and director of the Center for Business Law and Regulation, was busy earlier this month giving presentations throughout the Cleveland area.
On Sept. 2, Adler spoke on King v. Burwell to a Case Western Reserve University School of Law alumni event in Cleveland.
Joining Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor of Law and professor of political science, Adler then previewed the upcoming Supreme Court term at a Public Affairs lunch sponsored by the Center for Policy Studies at Case Western Reserve on Sept. 4.
Adler also participated in a panel reviewing the Supreme Court’s term co-sponsored by the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society at the School of Law Sept. 9.
