Judge says Obama immigration order unconstitutional
Associated Press: A federal judge in Pittsburgh recently said President Obama’s executive actions on immigration are unconstitutional. Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, however, said he is skeptical the judge’s opinion will stand.
