White House announces slate of 11 judicial nominees
The New York Times: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, weighed in on President Donald Trump’s most recent judicial nominees. “Five of his nine circuit court picks are current or former academics,” he said. “These picks suggest the administration is serious about influencing the federal courts. These are picks that can be expected to have an outsized influence on the courts on which they sit.”
