Supreme Court takes aim at Mass v. EPA in immigration ruling
E&E News: Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, weighed in on the outcome in the recent U.S. Supreme Court case in an immigration ruling. The case, he said, “cuts against the very notion of special solicitude. The clear message to lower courts is to be more reluctant to think that states get a significant leg up.”
