Election ripe for challenges over mail-in ballots, recounts, electoral votes
United Press International: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law and adjunct professor of political science, said that while it's unlikely any court would accept a challenge about the validity of mail voting itself, there could be fights over what kind of mail-in ballots can be counted.
