Conservatives are making the Ohio abortion amendment about trans rights

Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, examined the fine print of a ballot measure that would enshrine women’s rights into the Ohio Constitution. “Opponents have latched on to the ‘but not limited to’ language to say that this could provide a constitutional right to, among other things, gender-affirming care rights,” he said. “That’s not a legally persuasive argument.”
