Bill seeks to withhold state money from communities that fund abortion access
Spectrum News: Jonathan Entin, the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law, discussed a new proposed state law that would withhold state funding from local governments that support abortion services—whether directly or indirectly. He said whether this is a wise policy or not, it probably does not violate Issue 1, which enshrined reproductive rights into the state constitution.
