South China Morning Post: Juscelino Colares, the Schott-van den Eynden Professor of Business Law and a professor of political science, said that the European Union appears to be signalling to the new Biden administration its view on the inevitability of a multipolar world, putting the president’s goal of a “return to multilateralism” very much in doubt.
