Recreational marijuana in Ohio: How law enforcement agencies and employers plan to enforce the new law
WKYC: Michael Benza, professor of practice at the School of Law, noted that even a month after Issue 2's passage, the full ramifications of the law legalizing recreational marijuana are still unclear. Workplaces still have the full right to ban employees from working high or having marijuana on them. For employers that drug test, Benza said they'll have to update their policies to state how much marijuana is allowed to be in any worker's system.
