Supreme Court hears international residence case
Cleveland Jewish News: Law School Co-Dean Michael Scharf, who’s also the Joseph C. Hostetler - BakerHostetler Professor of Law, and Avidan Y. Cover, director of the Institute for Global Security Law and Policy at the law school’s Frederick K. Cox International Law Center, co-authored a brief with adjunct law professor Andrew Zashin for a Supreme Court case about international residence.
