Marking 80 years since the founding of the United Nations

Hostetler - BakerHostetler Professor of Law, said that as it marks its 80th anniversary, the United Nations faces financial strain, Security Council gridlock and threats of U.S. withdrawal. Scharf hosted a panel of global law experts to weigh the UN’s legacy, achievements and struggles over conflicts in Gaza, Ukraine and climate change.
