Biden expected to look for ‘more traditional routes’ for vaccine mandates

MSNBC: Sharona Hoffman, the Edgar A. Hahn Professor of Law and co-director of the Law-Medicine Center, discussed President Biden’s options after the U.S. Supreme Court blocked his ability to mandate COVID-19 vaccines for companies with 100 or more employees. “The Supreme Court didn’t say nobody could ask employees to get vaccinated. It is simply that OSHA could not do that," she said.
