NPRSharona Hoffman, the Edgar A. Hahn Professor of Law, said that Delta's no-fly list for those who refuse to wear face masks is perfectly within its scope of rights. The legal reasoning is pretty straightforward, she said: "They're a private business, and private businesses can have rules."
