CNBC: Sharona Hoffman, the Edgar A. Hahn Professor of Law at the School of Law and a professor in the Department of Bioethics at the School of Medicine, said that people from different countries, regions or communities may not have access to vaccines or COVID-19 testing in order to obtain a vaccine passport to travel abroad.
