Learn about data privacy, security issues at Dec. 19 presentation

The Office of University Compliance, Export Control and Privacy Management and the Office of General Counsel will present a presentation titled, “Preparing Your Campus for Data Privacy and Security Issues in the Year Ahead.” Presenters include: Christopher Holmes, associate general counsel at Baylor University, who focuses on privacy, technology, student life and corporate governance; Michele Norin, chief information officer and executive director of IT Services at the University of Arizona; and Christopher Wolf, attorney at Hogan Lovells US LLP, privacy and information management practice. The presentation will take place Thursday, Dec. 19, from noon to 2 p.m. in Adelbert Hall’s Toepfer Room. Attendees should bring brown bag lunches; beverages will be provided.
