This Thursday, Dec. 6, Promoting Health Across Boundaries and the Case Western Reserve University Masters in Public Health Program will present "Creating Communities of Practice Between Public Health & Primary Care."
The event will feature Paul Thomas, general practitioner, professor of primary care at the University of West London, and editor-in-chief of the London Journal of Primary Care.
The program will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the School of Medicine, room E401.
