Bon Appétit Management Co. will host a Live Pasta Making Demo Thursday, Oct. 10, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Leutner Commons.
During the event, attendees will watch Bon Appétit Management Co. chefs make pasta from scratch.
Attendees also can use what they learn at a pasta cooking class for National Pasta Day Thursday, Oct. 17, from 4 to 5 p.m.
