The major and minor declaration process is now digital
Declaring, changing or dropping a major or minor just got easier. Beginning this fall, Case Western Reserve University has moved the entire major/minor process online through Stellic, officially replacing old paper forms.
This digital workflow will allow students to submit requests to add, drop or modify (e.g., B.A. to B.S., changing concentrations) programs directly in Stellic. Once the request is submitted, it will go through an electronic approval process, so ensure that you leave adequate time for your request to be reviewed and processed. You will also be able to track the approval status of your request as it moves between your four-year advisor and academic representatives.
Find instructions on the Undergraduate Advising Support website, and contact your four-year advisor if you have any questions.
