Black churches work to fight HIV

Miller, associate professor at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences and the director of the school’s international education programs, discussed his thoughts about how churches have historically ignored or shunned people with HIV because of assumptions that the virus was contracted through drug usage or same-sex relationships.
