New research suggests 'religiosity' can help Black teenagers avoid delinquent behavior

The St. Louis AmericanDexter Voisin, dean of the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, discussed his new research that found a link between religiosity and favorable behavioral outcomes. Staying linked with strong social support networks, in other words, serves as a protective factor for the youths studied.
