Mark Tennant, IT administrator for Case Western Reserve University’s Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and Animal Resource Center, spoke at Laboratory Animal Management Association’s 38th annual meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona, on April 12. 

Tennant gave a presentation on his experience working with the resource center's partners to develop a comprehensive training program designed to improve lab workers’ and academics’ service satisfaction ratings while conducting research.

Tennant’s presentation, “Our IACUC ‘Ace in the Hole’ - How a Comprehensive Training Program upped CWRU Customer Service and Communication Games Exponentially,” included a detailed methodology for administering customer service master programs and staff training.
