Peter Pronovost, clinical professor of anesthesiology and perioperative medicine at the School of Medicine, shared his opinion on Congress’ plan to cut Medicare payments.
Pronovost co-wrote the piece titled “Now is not the time for Congress to further cut hospitals’ Medicare payments,” which was published by STAT.
“Hospitals are being pummeled by both statute and regulation,” he co-wrote.
