The Middle Eastern Cultural Association will host its fall Hafleh Friday, Nov. 20, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Thwing Center atrium.
The event will feature Middle Eastern food (including shish-tawook, spinach and meat pies, kibbeh, rice, fatoush, hummus and baklava), henna, music by DJ Foufou and dancing. MECA also will sell shirts.
Tickets will cost $5 for undergraduates and $7 for all others. All proceeds will go to the Mohammad Jamal Scholarship Fund.
