Mind-Body Café continues with talk on “Mindfulness in Everyday Life”

Mind-Body Café continues Friday with the workshop “Mindfulness in Everyday Life.” Mind-Body Café is a series of workshops designed to foster student health and wellness. “Mindfulness in Everyday Life,” the most recent installment of the series, will take place Friday, Nov. 2, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in Sears Building 350. No registration is required. The Mind-Body Café series will present four more programs throughout the semester:
  • Nov. 9: Healthy Relationships & Social Media
  • Nov. 16: Talking to Parents About Grades & Plans for Next Semester
  • Nov. 30: Love Your Body; Love Yourself
  • Dec. 7: Peace, Love & Happiness
All workshops will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in Sears Building 350.
