CWRU LIFT will host a Mock Powerlifting Competition, featuring squat, bench and deadlift, Sunday, Nov. 17, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center Fieldhouse.
Students of all skill levels are welcome.
Snacks, goodie bags and food will be provided.
Those who participate are not required to compete in all three categories.
