The Office for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity added another component to its Diversity 360 program: Change Agent Workshops. This four-part series, which is grounded in current research, was developed to provide additional resources and tools for the campus community to affect positive change.
All faculty, staff and students are invited to attend the open sessions during spring semester 2019:
- Feb. 7: Privilege/Advantage
- March 7: Bias
- April 4: Micro-messaging
- May 2: Empathy
