The Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetist recently named Ashley Showers, assistant director of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation/Frances Payne Bolton Nurse Anesthesia Program, the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist of the Year.
The award is given to a certified registered nurse anesthetist that practices in the state of Ohio.
Established in 2017, the honor recognizes a certified registered nurse anesthetist who has demonstrated a commitment to the profession of nurse anesthesia through safe practice, or contributions to academia or research.
