Alpha Omega Alpha will host its annual visiting professorship lecture, featuring Amy Abernethy, Wednesday, April 18, from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Robbins Building, Room E401. Abernethy will present "Observations from the Interface of Medicine & Tech: Leading through Influence and Inspiration.”

About the speaker

Abernethy serves as chief medical officer, chief scientific officer and senior vice president of oncology at Flatiron Health in New York City. She leads the research oncology, clinical operations and data science teams, and contributes to the organization’s strategic vision.
