Office for Campus Enrichment and Engagement launches “200 Days, 200 Conversations” initiative
The Office for Campus Enrichment and Engagement is launching a new initiative: “200 Days, 200 Conversations.”
As Case Western Reserve University celebrates its bicentennial, Jason Steckel—new director of employee engagement—is embarking on a listening tour across campus in an effort to improve employee satisfaction, productivity and retention.
In the spirit of 200 years of CWRU history, he will reach out to 200 randomly selected faculty and staff members representing schools, divisions and departments. Those selected will receive an email in the next few weeks inviting them to participate.
Through these conversations, Steckel aims to discover what employees appreciate about working at CWRU, how they see the campus community embodying our core values, and dreams they have for the future of the university.
While the list for these 200 Conversations has already been created, there are plans for additional conversations in the future.
