Open auditions for the 2018 spring semester drama productions in Eldred Theater will be held Monday, Nov. 13, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the second-floor theater in Eldred Hall.
The productions will be Uncle Vanya by Anton Chekhov, translated by Annie Baker, and Urinetown, a musical by Mark Hollman and Greg Kotis.
Auditions are open to all members of the Case Western Reserve University community.
Sign-up sheets will be posted in Eldred Theater’s first-floor gallery. Those interested should sign up in advance for an audition time.
Theater majors should prepare monologue of their choice, not to exceed two minutes. Non-majors will be provided sides at the audition. If interested in the musical, prepare 16 bars of a song. An accompanist will be present.
