The Cleveland Clinic Foundation honored Jill Byrne, a PhD student at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, with an Innovator Award for Outstanding Innovation in Delivery Solutions.
Byrne was selected for her work on a surgical cooling vest. She is studying the effects of the vest for her dissertation.
Byrne was recognized at an awards reception May 10.
