Lydia Kisley, the Ambrose Swasey Associate Professor of Physics at Case Western Reserve University, was recently selected to participate in the National Academy of Sciences Frontiers of Science symposium.

This program identifies future leaders of science and presents this select group with a valuable network to develop leadership potential. Today, the Frontiers alumni network contains more than 6,900 past participants, including 22 individuals who have won Nobel Prizes and 374 who have been elected to the National Academy of Sciences.

Attendees are selected by a committee of academy members from among young researchers who have made recognized contributions to science, including recipients of major national fellowships and awards, both within the U.S. and abroad.
