We are looking for pregnant women who are interested in participating in a research study. Our goal is to better understand the relationship between physical and mental stress and mental health. To be eligible: You need to be 18 years or older, in your 2nd or 3rd trimester, and be able to speak and understand English. What is involved: A series of questionnaires on a tablet computer and a heart rate measurement that involves a Velcro strap placed around your midsection and three leads attached to your forearms. How long will this take: Approximately 30 minutes and no longer than 1 hour. Parking, snacks, and compensation for your time will be provided. Where can I participate: The researcher will meet with you in her office at the Case Western Reserve University nursing school or at your next prenatal appointment if you are a patient at University Hospitals. If you are interested: Please contact Kayla Herbell at 216-264-6282 or kayla.herbell@case.edu
