Convicted killer: Civil rights violated when dreadlocks cut
The Washington Post: Avidan Cover, professor of law and director of the Institute for Global Security Law and Policy, and students at the School of Law filled a federal civil rights complaint for an Ohio inmate whose dreadlocks, worn in accordance with Rastafarianism, were cut by prison officials.
