The LandRobert Fischer, the Grace Longwell Coyle Professor in Civil Society and director of the Center on Poverty and Community Development, said that the A Home for Every Neighbor housing initiative for Cleveland’s homeless population is “wildly successful,” but warned that challenges remain, such as securing long-term stability beyond the first year.
