Members of the campus community are invited to take part in the fall session of Mini Med School, a medical school “for the rest of us”—those not seeking a medical degree, but with an interest in health research and trends.
Led by faculty experts, the five-session program begins Sept. 21 with weekly sessions on Wednesday evenings, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., in the Iris S. and Bert L. Wolstein Research Building.
Topics covered in the series will be:
- Shoulder Joint, from Physical Exam to Surgery
- Substance Abuse in Older Adults
- Health Care and the Election
- Using the Immune System to Fight Cancer
- Multiple Sclerosis
