Register for our 200th commencement events; order regalia by April 15
For our graduates, your participation carries great significance.
Dear Case Western Reserve University Faculty,
Commencement Week begins Wednesday, May 13, and, as President Kaler shared in his March 26 message, we are excited to celebrate the Class of 2026. We hope you will join us in recognizing the achievements of the students you have helped guide and inspire throughout their time at Case Western Reserve.
This week represents more than the close of an academic chapter—it is a celebration of years of learning, growth, and mentorship, made even more meaningful during our bicentennial year. For our graduates, your participation carries great significance. You are the faces they remember, the voices that challenged and encouraged them, and the mentors who helped shape their journeys.
Our students love sharing these moments with you… and your presence truly makes a difference. We know this is a busy time, but participating in Commencement Week sends a powerful message to our students: Their achievements are recognized, valued, and celebrated—by all of us.
Here is how to take part:
- Order Regalia by April 15: Regalia is required for the Academic Procession and diploma ceremonies. Submit this form by Wednesday, April 15, to reserve yours.
- Join the Academic Procession: The University-wide Academic Procession and Convocation will take place on Wednesday, May 13. Registration via CampusGroups is required to participate. Prefer to cheer from the sidelines? Join us for the festive “Clap Out” at 3 p.m. on the Case Quad.
- Attend Commencement Week Events: Let us know which diploma ceremonies and other events you’ll be attending throughout the week. Register on CampusGroups.
I look forward to celebrating with you during Commencement Week!
