The Lake View Cemetery Foundation’s Educational Outreach program will host its seventh annual A Run through History fundraiser with three events Sunday, Oct. 14, beginning with registration at 7:30 a.m. in Lake View Cemetery.
This three events will be the 5k Race to Die for, Two-Mile Strut and the new Dog Games & Contests. The family-friendly event is open to the public.
Participants who register will receive refreshments, entertainment, t-shirts and have a chance to compete for medals and special prizes. Online registration closes Oct. 12.
Pre-registration will be $25 for the 5k, $20 for the two-mile walk and $8 per dog for the games and contests.
